If a product fails to live up to your expectations in any way,
please return it to us and we will replace or refund it. You
may return any products within 30 days for a full refund of

purchase price less the cost of shipping. We ask that you return
the product in undamaged, unused condition.
Please note: Products customized with embroidery or your personal
information are not returnable
unless we have made an error or the product is defective.

to charge you for the new item, but will immediately
credit the returned item when received. You may also just return
the original item, and send us information about an exchange
with the return. Personalized items cannot be returned unless
we have made an error or the product is defective.

the approximate date of the order if you don't have the receipt.
