You may return any products within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price less the cost of shipping. We ask that you return the product in undamaged, unused condition.

Secure orders and Shipping
Payment is secure through PayPal Shopping Cart using your credit card or PayPal account or with money order or personal check via mail order.
We ship by US Postal Service, Fed Ex or UPS, depending on the items and destination.
Exchanges, returns & refunds
For fastest service, call or email us to request the new item. We'll need to charge you for the new item, but will immediately credit the returned item when received. You may also just return the original item, and send us information about an exchange with the return. Personalized items cannot be returned unless we have made an error or the product is defective.
